User story

As a user I want to login into the application (MAIN) So that I can consult the list of my mandates
As a user I want to login into the application (MAIN) So that I can choose a mandate

a mandate with a 3rd person must be defined with mandates-csam (MD-CSAM) application. The principal must give a mandate to the agent corresponding to one or more profiles defined into the application.
