Automatic verification therapeutic relationship

Mandatory

When opening The therapeutic relationship must be registered when the electronic record is created.
With each subsequent opening of a patient's electronic recordEMR, it must be verified automatically whether there is a registration of a therapeutic relationship.

Only if no therapeutic relationship has been registered is this displayed visually and the possibility is offered to register the therapeutic relationship with one click.
The therapeutic relationship is automatically registered recorded wherever possible when reading the e-ID card or card opening the electronic record in the software packageEMR.

Recommendations

• These are the same as the recommendations for 'informed consent'.

Deviation nurse

The therapeutic relationship with the nurse is automatically recorded when reading the e-ID and is valid for 15 months. With this registration, the card number and national register number of the patient must be stored in the electronic nursing record.
