If none of the active "from" date columns contains a value, the application must not consider the medication as active at any moment in time, and it must be clear to the user or patient that the medication should never be taken.
No other requirements are to be checked. For instance, some applications might decide to not not show medication that will never be active at all.
The active periods period columns must be verified on a screen all screens or print prints where the active period(s) of the medication are displayed, such as the "patiënt afdruk" of or "patient print".
