Automatic verification informed consent

The informed consent must be registered when the electronic record is created.
With each subsequent opening of a patient's electronic record, it must be verified automatically whether there is an informed consent.

If no informed consent has been registered, it is displayed visually and the possibility is offered to register the informed consent via a single click. If the patient refuses informed consent, it should be clearly visualized as status information in the patient's details or administrative information. A refusal of informed consent is preferably remembered.


Automatic verification therapeutic relationship

The therapeutic relationship must be registered when the electronic record is created.
With each subsequent opening of a patient's electronic record, it must be verified automatically whether there is a therapeutic relationship.

The therapeutic relationship is automatically registered when reading the e-ID or card opening the electronic record in the software package.

Deviation nurse

The therapeutic relationship with the nurse is automatically recorded when reading the e-ID and is valid for 15 months. With this registration, the card number and national register number of the patient must be stored in the electronic nursing record.
