General information

The getFullMessage method is used to get the corresponding complete message and its content to a provided
MessageId.

You can optionally request a message from another of your mailboxes by specifying it via BoxId.

The response contains the same information as already returned by GetMessagesList plus the Message content
in the element Message.

Flow	See use case: login. The user can view the contents of one of his message boxes.
Postcondition(s)	The user can see the page of his chosen message box. The list of messages that the users can see is correct.
