General

This document contains UX guidelines that all software packages in the eHealth domain should comply with.

Electronic medical record, electronic pharmaceutical record and electronic nursing record will be referred to as electronic record, unless explicitly mentioned.

UX Guidelines for the Vitalink medicationscheme can found here.

Automatic verification informed consent

The informed consent must be registered when the electronic record is created.
With each subsequent opening of a patient's electronic record, it must be verified automatically whether there is an informed consent.

If no informed consent has been registered, it is displayed visually and the possibility is offered to register the informed consent via a single click. If the patient refuses informed consent, it should be clearly  visualized as status information in the patient's details or administrative information. A refusal of informed consent is preferably remembered.

Automatic verification therapeutic relationship

The therapeutic relationship must be registered when the electronic record is created.
With each subsequent opening of a patient's electronic record, it must be verified automatically whether there is a therapeutic relationship.
